Carl...you are still a butthead. I love the song, and am learning it on guitar now. I might have to fly to Chicago once I get it down, and play it for you after the M's beat the Sox in the playoffs (again)......don't wanna hear a punk version of it though either. Bill. I love the reviews too. Mind if I steal that format???

How did those Mariners of yours do against the Sox last night? They are FINALLY playing like they are supposed to, so right now I don't think the Mariners really want to be facing them. I do hope that we get to meet up again in Post season. I think this time it could be a good series. But who knows, they just might fall apart.

As for the song, nope, it's shit.

*our hero gets on his soap box*

Ahem.....once either of your teams builds up an eleven game lead in its respective division, then you may talk baseball with me. lmao

The original 'I Remember You', though the band admits to writing it to be a hit, is a beautiful song which means much to many (even if not so much to the band members).

    Thank you.

National League=the way baseball is supposed to be played.

American League=High paid, overly glorified softball teams.

by all means you can use the format, though i don't know why you would want to, but do with it what you please.

I agree with you that it is closer to the original way of Baseball, but considering the fact that there has been better baseball played in the American League for the entire history of the league, I will still take the AL over the NL any day. The only rule that seperates them is the DH, and if that is what gives the AL superior pitching, I'll take the DH.

    Song still sucks also, BTW.

Oh, and by the way, with as different as baseball is compared to just 15 years ago, to say it is how the game is supposed to be played is a bit of a moot point. The game is NOTHING like it was back in the early 1900's.
